"Jab aapki Ranisa ne aapse kaha tha ki thoda durr rehkr chalo unse toh aap sabne unki baat kese nhi maani?"Shiv yelled at the whole security team who were assigned for Iti.

They all visibly shivered hearing his angry tone and cold eyes which they get to experience very rarely but still are scared to see this side of him.

"Ran..Ranasa woh aapne hi kaha tha unhe akela nhi chodna h"The head of security said mustering up some courage.

"Humne kaha tha unki hifazat krne ke liye,yeh nhi kaha tha ki unki baaton ka koi maan hi nhi rakhna h!"Shiv said glaring at the security head.

"Ha..hame maaf kr dijiyega Ranasa...aage se aisa nhi hoga"The head of security yet again mustered the courage to say it.

"Mr.Singh aapko pata h kya krna h inke saath"Shiv said to his PA who nodded his head at that.

Shiv entered inside the palace and settled with the ladies to have his breakfast.

"Kyu subah subah chilla rahe h aap un sab pr bhaisa?"Gauravi asked as she didn't know what happened.

"Akkal se pedail honewali harkatein krte h sab!"Shiv said and Gauravi shrugged her shoulders hearing him.

Her bhaisa really was angry this time,it was better she doesn't speak anything nonsense or she would also get scolded unnecessarily.

"Acha ab aap naashta kijiye apna aur gussa chod dijiye"Nanisa Hukum said and Shiv nodded and focused on his breakfast.

He was still very angry hearing his wife's complaints which were valid!

Iti ok the other hand was chilled but was a lil surprised seeing her husband angry.

She hasn't seen this side of him ever,sure he scolded her but he wasn't this angry or intimidating with her.

She could hear him yelling at the guards even when she was inside the mahal and he was outside.

Well according to her he shouldn't have scolded them,maybe he could have calmly made them understand things,why waste energy on such petty things?

"Aapko chillana nhi chahiye tha"Iti whispered to him so that only he is able to hear it.

Shiv stopped eating and stared at her in disbelief.

He yelled at them for her!

Because she had an issue with them and now she herself was telling him he did wrong.

"Toh kya krna chahiye tha?"He asked sarcastically.

"Aaram se baat krke samjhana tha unhe,aakhir woh aapka hi toh order follow kr rahe the na bichare?"She whispered and he sighed.

"Hum aapki tarah pyaar se baat nhi kr sakte hrr kisi se"Shiv said and Iti narrowed her eyes hearing that.

She wasn't nice to everyone,if she feels bad about something or someone she says it,she shows her displeasure.

"Hum sabse...

"Hamara naashta ho gaya h hum jaa rahe h"Nanisa Hukum said and Iti stopped speaking and smiled at her as she left.

Soon enough Gauravi too left and the couple was sitting alone as they were still not done with their breakfast.

"Ab galti karenge toh daantenge hi na hum unhe?"He asked.

"Aap bina saamne wale ki baat sune hi daantna shuru kr dete h,hamare saath bhi aisa hi kiya tha aapne"Iti said and Shiv gave her a look of disbelief.

"Humne kal sort out kr diya tha sab Iti"Shiv stated.

"Haa pr hum sirf keh rahe h gussa karne ki zarurat hi kya h?aaram se ek baar try krke hi dekh lete,woh aapki baat maan jaatein"Iti said and Shiv shook his head at her words.

"Aap ladkiyon ko samjhana itna mushkil hota h na"Shiv muttered under his breath but Iti heard it.

She didn't wanted to stretch the matter and so she didn't say anything to him and silently had her breakfast.

Once they were done with their breakfast Shiv made his way out of the palace towards his car.

"Shiv"Iti called him from behind and he turned to look at her.

What happened to her now?

"Aap apna phone bhul gaye the dining.....

She couldn't complete her sentence as she stumbled upon something and was about to fall on her face but Shiv was quick to run and grab her before that happened.

"Sambhalkr kyu nhi chalti h aap?abhi girr jaati toh chot lag jaati na aapko!"He scolded her as he gently made her stand on her foot,his hands on their own went to move her hair back which came ahead as she was about to fall.

Though Iti was a lil taken aback at his actions she didn't say anything and tried to ignore what she felt for now.

"Hamara pair kisi cheez se takra gaya tha isliye girne wale the"Iti said in her defence.

Shiv frowned and looked behind where she walked and glared at the staff who stood there.

"Agar yeh pavement kharab ho gaya tha toh thik karwana chahiye na isse?yaa kisi ke girne ki derr kr rahe the aap sab?!!"Shiv yelled at them angrily and Iti sighed.

The pavement in front of the palace entrance was broken from a spot and unfortunately Iti stumbled upon it leading to her almost falling down which made Shiv angry.



(Just imagine she stumbled on this broken pavement)

"Shiv rehne dijiye na"Iti said and he sighed but kept glaring at the staff.

"Hamare ghar wapas aane tak yeh hame ekdam naya chahiye,pura ka pura dubara banwayiye agar banwana pade toh!"Shiv ordered and the staff nodded their heads in fear.

"Aap khayal rakhiyega apna,hum office jaatein h"Shiv said to his wife as he turned to see her.

Well this was new,he has never told her something like this.

"Aap bhi"Iti managed to say what came to her mind at that time and Shiv nodded and left.

While she too smiling like a fool went inside and went directly towards the library.

For some reason hearing such a simple thing from him made her feel so happy.

She has always read about the male lead asking the female lead to take care of herself as he left for his work place,when today it happened with her actually she couldn't help but feel happy about it.

People would say she was a mad person but the hopeless romantic reader inside her was jumping in happiness with this small thing.

She spent the rest of the day in the library reading a romantic novel for a change.

When it turned evening she was greeted by Nanisa Hukum who had arrived.

"Aaiye bahar bethiye hamare saath"Nanisa Hukum said and Iti nodded her head at that and the two ladies sat outside both enjoying their evening drinks.

"Yeh achanak se pavement kyu naya bann raha h?"Nanisa Hukum asked as Iti was at the palace only so she might know the reason.

"Shiv ne kaha h inse Nanisa Hukum"Iti said omitting the part where she almost fell due to it.

Nanisa Hukum nodded her head at that.

Soon enough Gauravi too arrived and she too joined them.

After sometime,

Shiv's car stopped infront of the palace entrance.The guard was quick to open the door for him.

Shiv got out after a tiring day.

He was irritated and in need for a good meal because he skipped his lunch due to some work commitments.

Also he was too angry for the whole day because since morning everybody was just testing his patience.

His meetings got pre-poned,his HR team did a mess,his PA failed to perform one of his tasks and then his car tyre got punctured on the way back which was why he was a bit late then usual.

His eyes immediately landed on the pavement,which seemed to be re-done but what made him angry again was the footprints which were engraved on it.



Who the hell was so stupid to walk on wet cement and ruin the whole pavement?

"Aapse humne kya kaha tha jaane se pehle?"Shiv said in a calm yet cold tone as he stared at the workers who had done the whole work.

"Humne kaha tha aapse ki hamare wapas aane se pehle yeh pavement pura naya bana hua hona chahiye"Shiv said and they all nodded their heads in fear.

"Phir yeh sab kya h?????"He asked angrily.

"Wo..woh Ranasa yeh...

"Inki galti nhi h Shiv,hum hi galti se yaha se chalkar gaye the"Iti said and that is when Shiv saw her standing at the side of the pavement.

His gaze went to her feet which were covered with the wet cement.

He moved his gaze from her feet to those footprints and his gaze automatically softened.

"Aap ander jaiye"Shiv said softly and Iti didn't say anything and left.

"Ranasa isse wapas sahi kr denge abhi ke abhi"One of the workers said.

"Nhi"Shiv said making them confused.

"Isse aise hi rehne dijiyega"Shiv said and they all were thoroughly confused hearing that.

What did he mean by that?

"Ji Ranasa?"One of them spoke and was met with a glare.

"Yeh jesa h abhi wesa hi rehna chahiye,ismein koi bhi badlav nhi chahiye hame!samajh aaya aapko?"Shiv said a lil sternly and they all nodded their heads at that.

"Aur haa dhyan rahe ki kisi aur ke pair na lag jaye ispr!koi nhi chalna chahiye ispr se jab tak yeh sookh nhi jaata"Shiv said and they all again nodded their heads at that.

Shiv then entered the palace by walking through the side so that his own footprints don't ruin the pavement.

He went directly to his bedroom to change and freshen up.

"Unn sabki galti nhi thi Shiv,woh sab bichare subah se kaam kr rahe the,hum hi bina kuch soche samjhe uss geele pavement pr bhaagkr ander aa gaye the!aapko unhe nhi daantna tha hame daantna tha"Iti said feeling bad that the poor workers got scolded because of her.

"Nhi daanta unhe humne"Shiv said and Iti stared at him for a min to see if he was saying the truth.

"Sorry woh humne pura pavement kharab kr diya"Iti said but he didn't say anything to that and just disappeared into the bathroom.

He freshened up and went downstairs and had a cup of tea which made him feel a lot better.

"Nanisa Hukum kaha h?"Shiv asked as he saw sister but didn't saw his grandmother.

"Woh kitchen mein kuch toh kr rahi h"Gauravi said and Shiv frowned after hearing that.

Once he was done with his tea he moved towards the kitchen and saw his Nanisa Hukum making something while his wife stood beside her.

"Kya ho raha h yaha?aap kitchen mein kya kr rahi h Nanisa Hukum?aapko kuch chahiye toh staff se keh dijiye na!"Shiv said as he didn't liked his grandmother working.

"Hum aap teeno ke liye methi ke laddu bana rahe h"Nanisa Hukum said and Shiv smiled faintly hearing that.

"Laddu!!!woh bhi aapke haath k!!!!best hote Nanisa Hukum!!"Gauravi said as she appeared from behind him and immediately went towards her Nanisa Hukum whole laughed at her childish antics.

"Aap kyu kr rahi h pr yeh?staff bana dega,aap thak jayengi Nanisa Hukum"Shiv said as he too stood beside her.

"Nhi thakenge"Nanisa Hukum said as she kept stirring the mixture over the pan.

"Hum krte h,aap peeche hatiye aapke haath dard krne lagenge wrna"Shiv said as he took the spatula from her because if she continuosly stirrs it her arms might ache.

"Nhi thakenge hum aap krne dijiye hame"Nanisa Hukum said but Shiv shook his head in denial at that.

"Aapko jo daalna h daalte rahiye ismein hum isko acche se mix krte rehte h"Shiv said and Nanisa Hukum sighed and added the jaggery powder in it while ke kept mixing it.

"Achanak se kyu laddu bana rahi h aap?"Shiv asked.

"Aree thandi shuru ho chuki h,ab nhi toh kab banaye laddu?aur sehat ke liye bht acche h yeh laddu,aap teeno roz ek ek kahiyega,hum dheer saare banane wale h"Nanisa Hukum said and Shiv nodded his head at that.

"Veer ke liye bhi bhijwa dete h na Nanisa Hukum,woh bichare waha pr akele honge aur waha bhi toh thandi hogi na?"Iti said immediately and then regretted speaking in between.

The trio looked at her and she immediately looked down not knowing what to say.

She should wait and then speak instead of just blabbering anything anytime.

"Unke liye pehle hi bhijwa diye the unke saath hi"Nanisa Hukum said and Iti just nodded her head at that.

The four of them stood in the kitchen helping Nanisa Hukum make the laddu's.

Well only Shiv was helping while Iti and Gauravi just stood there with them.

Once the mixture was ready and it was slightly cooled down Nanisa Hukum started rolling the laddu's with an expertise the three of them were in awe of.

Shiv tried to help her in that too but Nanisa Hukum didn't allow any of them to do it because she knew neither of them knew how to make round laddu's.

"Hame kabse bhook lag rahi thi aur aap h ki laddu banane lag gayi thi"Shiv complained as they finally settled down to have dinner and it was one of his favourite dishes,dal-baati churma.

"Toh hum toh keh hi rahe the aapse ki aap teeno dinner kr lijiye aap sunte kaha h hamari koi baat?"Nanisa Hukum said but Shiv shook his head at that.

"Acha?kon aapki baat nhi maanta?naam bataiye bas,abhi unki khabar lete h"Shiv teased her and his Nanisa Hukum rolled her eyes at his words.

"Udaipur ke Ranasa hamari baat nhi maante"Nanisa Hukum too played along and Iti and Gauravi chuckled hearing that.

"Nanisa Hukum phir toh aapko Udaipur ki Ranisa se shikayat krni chahiye unki,wahi acchi khabar le payengi ab unki,kyu bhabhisa?"Gauravi teased the couple.

Shiv rolled his eyes while Iti looked down,suddenly her plate seemed too attractive to her.

"Ha Bhai,ab toh Ranisa se hi shikayat krni padegi hame lagta h,kya kehte h aap Pratap?"Nanisa Hukum too teased them Iti turned more timid.

"Krke dekh lijiye asar hota h ya nhi"Shiv said

instead and they all chuckled while Iti's cheeks were on fire right now.

"Chaliye khana kahiye aap dono aur Iti ko bhi khane dijiye"Nanisa Hukum said seeing Iti's timidness.

They all enjoyed the dinner then and retired to their bedrooms.
