Conference Room-

The head of the HR team was explaining the PPT to the staff and Shiv's eyes were fixed on it when his phone rang.

At first he dismissed it and again focused on the PPT but then it rang again and so he decided to see who the caller was.

A frown appeared on his face as he saw it was Iti's head of security who was calling him.

He wouldn't call him unless the matter was of utmost importance.

"You guys carry on,Mr.Singh I want a detailed report of this on my desk after this"Shiv stated and left while everyone just nodded at his order.

"Khamma Ghani Ranasa"The security head greeted Shiv as soon as he picked up the call.

"Kahiye"Shiv said in a low stern voice, reserved only for his staff.

"Woh..woh Ranisa apni Nanisa ke ghar aayi huyi thi pr wapas jaatein waqt woh auto se Mahal chali gayi h Ranasa"The security head spoke knowing what was coming for him now.

"Toh aap sab kya kr rahe the!"Shiv yelled at him and the man shivered hearing that.

"Humne aapse kaha tha ki unhe akela nhi chodne h kabhi bhi! auto se kese jaane de sakte h aap unhe??hame call kyu nhi kiya ussi waqt??!!"Shiv said angrily.

"Hum..Hukum woh Ranisa zidd kr rahi thi park mein ghumne ki,aapne kaha tha unhe akela nhi chodna h isliye hum unhe akela nhi chod rahe the,woh washroom ke bahane se park ke bahar chali gayi aur jab auto mein bethi tabhi hame dikhi....humne follow kiya unhe pr auto bht choti choti galiyon se jaa raha tha,gaadi ander nhi jaa paa rahi thi"The head of security said.

"Iss waqt kaha h woh?"Shiv asked sternly.

The thought of something happening to her was making him worried.

What must have happened for Iti to behave like this?

The media was already on fire since the announcement of their wedding.

She wasn't a normal person to ride in an auto,she was the Queen of Udaipur.

How can she do something like this?

"Woh Mahal nhi pochi h abhi tak Ranasa"The head of security said.

"Agar hamare mahal pochne tak Iti Mahal nhi pochi toh yaad rakhiyega yeh aapke liye bilkul accha nhi hoga"Shiv threatened as he cut the call and immediately started dialling Iti but she wasn't answering.

Where the hell did she go if she wasn't in the palace?

He immediately called the Palace gate staff and asked them to inform him as soon as their Ranisa arrived in the Mahal.

He rushed out of his cabin and asked his driver to straight away drive towards the Mahal.

He kept dialling Iti's number but it wasn't being answered which made him more angry and worried for her.

As soon as he reached the Palace the gate staff rushed towards him.

"Ranisa abhi abhi Mahal mein aayi h Ranasa"The staff said and Shiv visibly relaxed hearing that.

"Pr..wo..woh auto se aayi thi Ranasa"The staff said.

"Kisi se iske baare mein kuch bhi mat kahiyega,agar yeh baat kisi aur ko pata chali toh aapke liye yeh accha nhi hoga"Shiv warned him and immediately rushed inside the palace.

He needed to have a talk with his wife asap.

"Ranisa kaha h?"Shiv almost yelled as he saw one of the female staff.

"Wo..woh apne kamre mein h Ranasa"The staff said and Shiv walked towards his bedroom.

As soon as he entered his bedroom he sighed seeing her,she seemed fine except for the agitated look on her face.

He in quick strides walked towards her and held her elbow turning her towards himself as her back faced her.

Iti gasped at the sudden touch but relaxed as soon as she saw him.

"Aap jaldi kese aa gaye?"Iti couldn't help but ask.

It was just 12:30 pm.

"Aap auto se kyu aayi thi Iti?"Shiv asked ignoring her earlier question and straight away coming to the point.

"Toh aapki security ne aapko bata diya"She stated not answering his question.

"Hum faltu baatein krne ke mood mein nhi h iss waqt,aap bataiye ki aap auto se kyu aayi wapas?aapko andaaza bhi h kitna khatra tha aapko?aapke liye itni badi security team aise hi nhi banayi h humne,aapko uski zarurat h!agar media mein yeh baat aa jaati na ki Udaipur ki Ranisa auto se apne Mahal gayi thi toh aapko pata h kitni beizzati hoti hamari?"He asked in a harsh tone,his actions weren't too gentle either as he pulled her closer to him so that he could stare right into her eyes.

Iti tried to get away from his hold but his hold was firm.

"Hame nhi aapki security team ko boliye yeh sab!"Iti said and Shiv exhaled audibly.

If she had any issues with the security she could have told him instead of pulling such stupid act!

"Agar unse aapko koi dikkat thi toh humse baat krti na aap?naaki aise bacchon jesi harkat krti!aur kese raaste se aayi h aap Mahal?aapko pata bhi h yeh choti choti galiya kitni unsafe ho sakti h?!"He scolded her in a rude and harsh way which she didn't like a bit.

Instead of asking her what the issue was he was already blaming her,he should ask her the reason for her act but no,he was just hell bent on scolding her!

"Hame baat nhi krni h aapse,chodiye hame!"Iti said firmly as she looked away from him.

What was the use of talking to him when he already considered her at fault?

"Hame krni h!"He said as he pulled her chin with his other hand and made her look at him.

"Pr hame nhi krni!aap pehele se hi hame galat samajhte h toh phir baat krne ke liye baaki kya h?"She said as he moved her chin away from his hold and also detached his hand from her elbow.

"Iti iss waqt hame sach mein aap pr bht gussa aa raha h,aisi fizul baatein krkr usse badhaiye mat!aapki galti h isliye aapko daant rahe h hum!"Shiv said angrily and Iti gave him a hurt look and started walking away but he held her wrist and stopped her.

"Chodiye hame!"Iti said sternly this time but he wasn't in a mood to hear anything now.

"Ek toh galti krti h aap, upar se bina baat khatam kiya jaa rahi h aap!"Shiv said not at all liking her actions.

"Humne kaha na hame baat nhi krni h!"She said.

"Aur humne kaha h hame baat krni h aapse!"Shiv said as he pulled her towards himself such that her back touched his chest.

Iti didn't say anything to him,she wouldn't waste her time and energy on him now if he wasn't going to listen.

"Aapne aaj jo kiya h woh bht hi immature aur stupid tha and even now you are behaving like a brat instead of listening to me and realising your mistake Iti!"He said and Iti was hurt hearing all that.

Nobody has ever called her stupid or brat,she agreed she acts immaturely at times but she wasn't a brat!

"Agli baar se aisa kuch krne ke baare mein sochiyega bhi mat wrna...

"Wrna kya?"Iti cut him off as she stared at his face challenging him.

He had already called her a brat,so be it.

"Wrna aapke liye accha nhi hoga!"Shiv said and Iti glared at him.

"Ho gaya aapka?jaaye ab hum?"She asked increasing his anger.

He left her with a sigh and Iti immediately walked away from there.

Shiv sighed as he sat on the bed.

Why was this girl testing his patience?

Why can't she follow a simple safety protocol?

Why can't she understand that she wasn't just Iti now,she was the Queen of Udaipur!

Her actions affected his reputation too!

In the library,

Iti was seething in anger!

How can he call her stupid and brat?

She wasn't one!

Instead of asking her what happened he started blaming her!

How can he do that???!!

In her anger she took out a book and sat on the couch and started reading it just to get all these thoughts away from her mind.

She can't keep thinking about what happened the whole time,it would just worsen her mood.

She was never going to talk to him!

He has to apologise!

"Ranisa,khana lag gaya h"A staff member informed her.

"Nhi khana h hame"Iti said and asked the staff member to leave her alone for some time.

"Ranasa Ranisa ne khana khane se mana kr diya h"The staff informed Shiv who sighed deeply.

Such a brat!

He wasn't going to talk to her though,she was at fault and she should realise it and apologize to him for making him worried.

He left his meeting mid way and had to rush here!

He sighed and got up from the dining table asking the staff to not serve lunch to him as well.

The whole day passed like this,Iti busy in the library while Shiv was in the study doing his work.

Neither of them decided to even come in front of each other.

When it was dinner time both walked towards the living room.

Shiv stopped as he saw her finally coming out of the library but she didn't spare him even a glance and walked away from there making him irritated.

They settled down to have their dinner,neither of them in the mood to eat much.

Iti was simply playing with the dal rice she had on her plate while Shiv unwillingly was having his meal because he didn't like to waste food.

"Kya hua h Iti??aap khaa kyu nhi rahi h thik se?"Nanisa Hukum asked as she observed Iti not eating.

"Humne lunch heavy kiya tha Nanisa Hukum,isliya zyada bhook nhi h"Iti said the first thing that came to her mind and the elderly lady nodded at that.

Shiv on the other hand rolled his eyes hearing that but didn't say anything.

Post dinner they all retired to their bedrooms but Iti didn't.

She was still sitting in the library with a book and Fang and Nimbus by her side.

"Aaiye aur so jaiye ab Iti"Shiv said as he entered the library but Iti ignored him.

He had to come and get her when she hadn't arrived in the bedroom,it was late now and she should sleep.

Anyways he knew she would do this childish thing, that's why he called her immature and brat and she was even justifying his words with her actions.

"Iti"He called her out sternly but she still didn't look at him.

"Hum aapse baat kr rahe h!"He said and that is when she stared at him with narrowed eyes.

"Ha toh sunna na sunna hamari marzi h"Iti said and Shiv glared at her then.

"Mahal ke bahar kya krna h woh toh aap bata hi chuke h,mahal ke ander kese rehna h woh bhi batayenge kya abhi?"She taunted him and Shiv gritted his teeth in anger.

"Yeh jo childish harktein krti h na aap, isse nafrat h hame Iti!"He pointed out.

"Aap hame immature,stupid,brat sab keh toh chuke h,phir responsible behaviour kese expect kr sakte h humse?"She said and he sighed.

"Hum thak chuke h,ab yeh sab nhi jhel sakte h iss waqt,isliye chup chap aaiye aur aakr so jaiye"Shiv said dismissing the topic for now which made her more angry.

"Haa toh jaa ke so jaiye hame abhi neend nhi aa rahi h"She said and that infuriated him.

"Iti zidd mat kijiye aur chaliye"He said but she shook her head in denial at that.

"Thik h,ab iski zimmedar aap khud h"He said and before she could understand what he meant she shreiked in surprise as he picked her up in bridal style,the book fell down from her hands which made her more angry at him.

How can he just carry her around??

"Hame neeche utariye abhi ke abhi!"She demanded.

"Ek ziddi aur shaitan bacche ko sahi krna hame bhi aata h"Shiv said and Iti gritted her teeth hearing that.

He was now comparing her to a stubborn child!

"Aap khud bhi humse kuch zyada bade nhi h Umar mein,aur kam ziddi bhi nhi h!"She said while he didn't say anything in response.

He walked towards the bedroom,the dogs following him behind.

He gently placed her on the bed all the while Iti threw daggers at him with her eyes which he royally ignored.

He got under the sheets after turning off the light.As he felt movement beside him he knew she too had laid down on the bed.

He waited for some time.

He again waited.

And continued waiting.

But she didn't lea

n over him and cuddled him as she does every night.

Was she able to sleep now without cuddling him?

Because he wasn't!

He has gotten used to her hugging him in her sleep.

This girl has spoiled him and was herself sleeping peacefully.
